Bill and I spoke several times during the day and we talked numbers relative to this used vehicle in comparison to a new one. We spoke about the difference in payments and even costs considering the used would require an ESP extended warranty. Bill was a true professional and his demeanor and expertise in making deals happen could be felt in our phone calls. Bill stated he could put my son in a new 2027 Ford Expedition Max at a deal nobody could refuse. Bill was right. At $68k plus tax and license my son drove away with a new 2027 Black Expedition Max with gray leather interior loaded. His payment is a few dollars more than if he purchased the used vehicle with a warranty. Bill took the time to not only take my 4 phone calls but also to speak with my son personally and put him at ease on such a large consumer purchase and all of this while working 7-10 other deals from the tower. It's sales managers and individuals like Bill Poston who make a difference in the automotive industry and life in general. A truly stellar individual and representative for the Ford brand and professional that customers can no doubt rely on. Transparency, professionalism, caring, skilled, experienced and knowledgeable traits are what sets Bill apart from others and his efforts are truly appreciated! Chuck T Is the Fleet manager for Fairway Ford. I’ve been working with him for years. It’s hard to find somebody in the car business who’s been in the same place for more than a year. He’s been there for over 15 for what I can remember. I didn’t purchase my last F150 from him, but he is buying it back from me For more money than my original dealership, who did nothing but play games with me. I had my vehicle into Fairway Ford on September 10 for a 20,000 mile service and a recall correction on the hybrid battery. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Fairway Ford for over a decade and have always been completely satisfied with their service. I’ve also used their body shop for repairs. Fairway Ford is an outstanding dealership who is always taking tremendous pride in customer service, and the quality of all repairs. I have continued recommended Fairway to my friends and others because of the integrity of their staff. I have been particularly satisfied with my service advisor; Jeff Avichouser. He has been an individual was has always gone the extra mile to ensure that I receive the best possible service and Customer experience. He is insured that my vehicle has been carried for and often times it has been washed after the service When he promises the vehicle will be ready, it absolutely is ready on time. During my most recent service, I had the opportunity to speak with Roberto Castro, service manager. He was outstanding in every way and clearly is also an individual of high integrity. We bought a car yesterday, August 19, 2026, at Fairway Ford and the buying experience was outstanding. Robert and Dave helped us with the purchase for a car for our daughter. They were so helpful and treated us exceptionally well from the beginning to the end of them handing us the keys to the car. I visited about 7 Ford dealerships over the span of 2 weeks. I've been wanting a Mustang GT for a while and I almost gave up after so many disappointing visits to other dealers and outrageous monthly payments. I was drawn to this dealer because of their website slogan of no added dealer options (there was another dealer that had an expensive toy for 3k that had no real value). Dave and Josh met with me and went above and beyond of what I wanted (I knew how much I wanted to pay and what car I wanted) and they somehow pulled this beautiful color combination with all the bells and whistles for the same price. Absolutely made the process super easy for me and next day my car was brought by a driver that Dave planned for and went to my home to make sure everything ran smoothly. Awesome service, explanation and hastle free process!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars - Absolutely The Real, Honest Deal! Every time I visit Fairway Ford, I leave feeling like they are genuinely trying to save me money rather than drain my wallet. My first experience completely won me over. I came in convinced my car needed a massive, expensive transmission replacement. Instead of taking advantage of that, Lidia and the team diagnosed the actual issue and replaced a minor part for less than $200. On my second visit, I was sure my brakes were shot and needed a full replacement. Unlike so many other companies that would have easily up-sold me on parts I didn't need, they were completely honest. They charged me a simple $40 inspection fee and even cleaned them for free. It is incredibly rare to find this level of integrity in the auto industry. Lidia provides outstanding service, and Fairway Ford has earned a customer for life. I will definitely be back!

This vehicle has taken me through mountains, deserts, snow, rain, and countless adventures, and it has performed amazingly in every condition. Amazing Service! My sons 2019 Ecosport stalled in the middle of the freeway. He was luckily able to get it to the side of the road safely. We had it towed to Fairway Ford, which is literally 2 streets behind my house. They spent a couple days troubleshooting, and found that the engine was blown. It was caused by a Safety Recall, so they covered all costs, including our rental for 3 weeks. We didn't have to ask for it, or put up a fight! They ere honest from the start! Lidia was absolutely amazing, and kept me updated throughout the process! We will use them again for sure!

Purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 from Fairway Ford in Placentia, CA, and had a great experience working with Jacob. We handled everything over the phone and online, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. After talking with numerous others, from cities, provinces and one dude in Illinois; I can safely say this dealer has proven to me that they’re the best when it comes to customer service. When I get an oil change, I don’t have to take time off work to bring the car in and wait for the job to be completed. They drop me off for work and pick me up after. Always have coffee and cookies it seems when I am there. I know it could also be that I’ve bought a couple vehicles from them but honestly since I first came here it just felt right. Despite me knowing that some options for cars are better out there it’s always going to be the service that will keep me coming back. As long as whoever is running the show keeps running it like this I WILL be a life long customer

I had an appointment set for 10 am but for some unknown reason Faiway Service had no record of it. The service department fitted me in regardless. Otherwise it would have been another 200 km trip. That I would not have been happy with!

Fairway Ford, hands down, has the best customer service around. Even my 8 year old son commented on how nice everyone was. Everyone is always super friendly, my appointment was completed sooner than expected and they washed my car and interior mats. The waiting area is also super clean and comfortable. The salesman I bought the car through, made me a coffee and got my son some treats. He especially loved the cookie from the receptionist. It’s the little details like this, that will keep me coming to Fairway Ford. Keep up the great job!

I had been talking to Jacob St Jorge for a while during my process of finding my first van for my business. I went to multiple dealers before finally deciding to make the drive to South Bay Ford. Jacob made the process an absolute breeze. We found the right van and we worked out an amazing deal for my new Transit 350. Jose.S in finance also made the paperwork a smooth process. I just bought a used vehicle here. Their posted price includes everything but taxes but if you negotiate the price, then their $600 registration fee is no longer included but added after. I did not understand that before the purchase, so that was an unpleasant surprise when I went to pay. Otherwise, everything was good.

The service and sales department are second to none! Friendly helpful staff every time I step through the doors! Definitely recommend them for sales and service!
