The Service department has changed in the past few years and might be the worst experience I've ever dealt with. Multiple visits to deal with the same issue. Horrible dealership. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! We wanted to terminate our lease early with a vehicle from Ford and lease a new vehicle also from Ford. My husband spoke with Anthony and he was keen to make the deal. My husband goes in and tells him he wants to pay no money out of pocket and terminate the lease early, No problem!! They make a deal. scam of a dealership. wanted to insult me by offering over $700 per month to lease a base model explorer???? Like what are they thinking. I’m gonna go and actually get an X5 which is an actual luxury car for less than this piece of crap ford.
I ordered a Bronco in march 2022 was told no dealer mark ups I’ll be paying MSRP.. My bronco is arriving in a week or 2 and so far I am very satisfied how I’ve been treated. Robert has been very helpful. I will update once I take delivery of my new Bronco
they rip you off every chance they get agree its a zero star dealership out story is this - AAA towed it to Fairway Ford in Placentia, Fairway called me 30 minutes later and Jeff the service writer said they had diagnosed the issue as the power Steering pump and it would cost $1365 to fix it. I called Jeff and said fix it That was around 1PM on 9’8’22 and he told me the car would be ready the next day.

This is a 0 star dealer. After waiting almost 1.5 years for my bronco to finally deliver to the dealer, the dealer has decided not to honor the 2021 price protection put out by Ford Motor Company and charge me the 2022 model pricing. Trying to take another $3k from a customer is not right and this dealer is ruining the Ford name. I was turned off by these guys from when I asked to upgrade to a Ford Bronco Raptor back in November 2021. They said there would be a $30k Markup to make the switch regardless of being an order holder.
Very easy to schedule a service appointment. All work done timely and very clear explanations of all work done.
They just jack up the prices and still wanna charge mark ups so price goes from 22000 to 45000 dollars wow you guys really taking advantage of this pandemic
Typical sleezeball sales tactics to gouge potential client's. Don't waste your time with this low level dealership. Dave the sales manager tried pulling the Ol' switcheroo bait-and-switch on a vehicle. His assistant told me to come in offering an MSRP price then when I got there added a $14,000 mark up on a $31,000 MSRP vehicle. Smh
I drive past a couple of Ford Dealers because their service technicians and reps are top notch. I know the work will be done right and I will be informed of every aspect of repair.

I have been dealing with Fairway Ford Since the ‘90’s. They are professional, customer oriented, and honest. They always communicate what needs to be done, how long it will take, and the cost. The Service Department is excellent, especially, Roberto, who is very knowledgeable of the Ford products and very honest.
No one here cares about you. They have no problem taking your money, but do not expect anything near good service. I will be filing a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair shortly. This review will be long, because these guys really took me for a ride.

Wife and I started exploring for vehicles this week because her lease was going to be up in the next 5 months. We have been very happy with her Ford Expedition that we started our searching for a new model and we also considered the new Tahoe. The new Tahoe looks great, but the Expedition in our opinion was still better. I took my car in and told the service tech it was making a horrible noise. The guy calls back with a $1,200+ estimate. He said the the motor mounts needed replacing and gas purger. I don’t know about cars so I figured if I changed the motor mounts it would be ok. $915 later my car had the same problem. I don’t think this guy took advantage of me. The motor mounts probably didn’t even need change. My car is the same as it was when I took it in. Would give him 0 stars if I could.

This dealership was the only place that had a track pack Mustang that wasn't screwed up (other dealerships lowered them, but nasty wheels on them, etc. Effectively ruining the purpose of the track pack). The dealership gave us a fair price on our trade in. They could see it was in perfect condition with low mileage and did not try to low ball us. We feel we were treated very well. Just purchased a Ford Fusion and the car and purchasing experience were excellent with Mr. Winn. We obtained the car my son desired with one extra option from that requested, so the final price was close to what was expected when the car was obtained through a trade. Hopefully, we'll still find the black gloss rims my son still desires.

We had the best experience with the purchase of our 2015 Expedition. Toreno Winn went out of his way to make it an easy purchase. He was quick and responsive with our email communication and made sure that he found the exact vehicle that was needed for our family. He also ensured that we were able to take advantage of all possible discounts and made financing a breeze with our local credit union and gave us a variety of options to help with our monthly payments.

Fairway Ford is a small and personal dealership. It's family owned and everyone there is friendly. We felt great working with them to buy a Certified Used car. Our first interaction with Toreno was by email in regards to purchasing a new Taurus 2013 and to be able to keep our payments around what we were currently paying. The service department cannot seem to get it right..I took my vehicle in 6 times for the same problem over a period of 2 1/2 months. The dealer kept saying it was one thing and would not listen to me (a customer who knows nothing about cars, or at least that is the way they make you feel) as to my suggestions as to the problem.
